📦 What exactly am I buying?

A temporary phone number that exists just long enough to catch one verification code. Apps and websites text a code to prove you own a phone — an OTP number gives you a number to type in instead of your own. Your personal number stays private, and the number goes back to the pool after the window ends.

📱 Using the number, step by step

  1. After payment, the number appears instantly on your order page — tap the copy button.
  2. Paste it into the app or website where you're registering, and request the verification code.
  3. Watch your order page: the incoming SMS and the code appear there automatically (usually within a minute).
  4. Enter the code in the app to finish. That's it — one number, one code, done.

⏱️ How long is the number active?

20 minutes from purchase. Most codes arrive within the first minute. If no code arrives when the window ends, the order closes itself and the full price is refunded to your balance automatically — you never need to file a claim.

Can I cancel? Yes — as long as no SMS has arrived yet, press Cancel on the order page and the price returns to your balance instantly. Once a code has arrived, the order is final (you got what you paid for).

🩹 The code isn't arriving — what should I do?

  • Some strict apps turn away numbers they recognise as virtual — try a different country, it often fixes it.
  • The app may send the code inside its own app instead of by SMS when you're still logged in elsewhere — sign out of other sessions first.
  • A VPN or high-risk IP can delay or block delivery — try turning it off or switching networks.
  • International SMS can simply run late — most arrive within a few minutes; the 20-minute window exists exactly for this.
✅ Whatever the reason: if no code reaches the number, you pay nothing. The refund is automatic.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Is using a virtual number legal?
Receiving a verification SMS on a number you paid to use is lawful and routine — it's standard for privacy protection, testing and business accounts. What you do with the account is a separate matter: don't impersonate others, evade bans or break the terms of the platform you're verifying.
One number, how many codes?
An activation is for one verification. If the app sends more than one code during the active window, they all show on your order page. For codes you need days or weeks later, buy a new number at that time.
Why is a number from another country cheaper?
Supply and demand, per country and per service. The catalog sorts cheapest-first, and every option shows its live stock and price before you pay.
I typed the wrong service — can I get my money back?
As long as no SMS has arrived, cancel the order on the order page — the balance returns instantly. Then buy the right service. Always check the service and country before pressing Buy.
The app says 'number already registered'
That app has seen that number before from another user. Cancel and pick a different country — a fresh pool usually solves it in one retry.
Do I need an account?
Yes, and deliberately so: purchases are settled from a prepaid balance, refunds return to that balance, and your order history (numbers and codes) belongs to your account. Email + password is the whole registration.
Does my balance expire?
No. Top up once and use it whenever — across OTP numbers and every other product in the store.
